Counseling vs. Coaching 

• Counseling services are licensed mental health services provided only to eligible clients located in states where the provider is licensed. 

• Coaching, memberships, courses, and digital products are not psychotherapy, do not diagnose or treat mental illness, and do not establish a therapeutic relationship. 

Payments & Refunds 

• Counseling fees are governed by signed service agreements. 

• Digital products, memberships, and coaching services are non-refundable due to immediate access unless a billing or technical error occurs. 

Confidentiality 

• Counseling services are protected under confidentiality laws. 

• Coaching, memberships, and group programs are private but not confidential or HIPAA-protected. 

• Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.

All materials are copyrighted and licensed for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
